Weirdo Cats Attack!

Meow! 

Literally a cats invasion has occupied my little sewing room, please help me adopting one of them. Weirdo Cat will follow you everywhere and will keep you iPhone safe from dust and scratches.

How can you resist them?Look at their cute button eyes full of love and sweetness.

Besides the classic version of weirdo Cat made with brown and cream wool cloth, my evil mind has thought a colourful version made with Remix Flower Chocolate cotton by Robert Kaufman. Each case is lined with a soft volume fleece.

I love both, but you know I am the "maker" and I love them all equally.

Letteralmente un'invasione di gatti ha occupato la mia piccola stanza da cucito, ti va di aiutarmi adottandone uno? 

Questo Weirdo Cat ti seguirà ovunque e terrà il tuo iPhone al sicuro da polvere e graffi. 

Come si fa a resistere ai loro occhi-bottone pieni di amore e dolcezza?  

Oltre alla versione classica di Cat weirdo realizzato con panno di lana color marrone e crema, la mia mente diabolica ha pensato a una versione colorata utilizzando il cotone Remix Chocolate Flower di Robert Kaufman.

Ogni custodia per iPhone è foderata con un morbido strato di pannolencio. 

Tra i due modelli non saprei scegliere, ma d'altronde si sa che essendo la loro "creatrice" li adoro tutti allo stesso modo.

Yesterday I recived the new NEEDLE TWISTER by PRYM.

Peach top

Avete presente quando un'idea inizia a pulsare nella vostra testa e finchè non l'avete realizzata non vi date pace? Bene, è quello che mi è successo ieri mentre ero affaccendata con una cover HD narvalina (a breve un post su questa creazione!).

Stavo sistemando la stoffa che avevo finito di usare quando ho fatto cadere uno scampolo di viscosa color pesca a pois oliva. Appena ho rivisto questo tessuto, di cui mi ero scordata l'esistenza, mi sono detta: "Fede, devi realizzare una canottiera".

Dopo un'oretta di tagli, assemblaggi, prove e rifiniture ho confezionato questa graziosa canottiera. Si porta legando dietro al collo le due fasce che partono dalla scollatura. Volendo dare un tocco romantico e particolare a questo capo ho applicato sul fondo e lungo la scollatura un nastro di pizzo color crema e un piccolo fiocchetto con bottoncino al fondo della scollatura.

Non vedo l'ora di indossarla al mare...e stando via una settimana a Genova spero di sfoggiarla al più presto!

When I saw again this polka dots peach fabric I said myself: "Fede, you have to make a vest". After an hour of cutting, assembling, testing and I finished this lovely top. It will be wear linking behind the neck the two bands at the neckline. I wanted to give a romantic taste to the peach top and so I applied a cream-colored lace ribbon at the bottom and along the neckline and then I made little bow with a small button.

I'll be away a week in Genoa, I hope to wear the peach top soon!
