Cinderella Snap Wallet

Hey! La settimana scorsa Laura mi ha commissionato di crearle un portafoglio abbastanza grande da contenere carta d'identità, patente, carte di fedeltà e tessere varie.

Ho usato il cotone giapponese Kokka "Cinderella Lilac" (dal sito Fancy Moon) per l'esterno e le tasche, mentre per l'interno un cotone stampato.

Di seguito ho aggiunto le foto del working progress, così da far capire come ho operato. Infine ho chiuso il portafoglio con un bottone a pressione.

Laura ha subito apprezzato il lavoro e i disegni sul tessuto che richiamano la favola di Cenerentola (orologi, carrozze, castelli e scarpette).

Davvero fiabesco!

Last week, Laura asked me to make a wallet to hold an identity card, driving license, loyalty cards and mixed cards.

I used cotton Japanese Kokka "Lilac Cinderella" (from Fancy Moon site) to the outside and pockets, while the interior was made up of a printed cotton. Below I have added photos of the working progress, so you can understand how I worked. In the end I closed the wallet with a snap.

Laura has been enjoyed this creation and she loves the fabric that recall the fairy tale of Cinderella (watches, cars, castles and shoes). Really fabulous!

The unforgettable beauty of lavender

Ispirata da una ventata di lavanda ho accordato il mio estro creativo all'amore per uno stampato floreale violetto. Chiudo gli occhi e immagino che un vortice di fiori spazzi via tutte le ansie per il futuro e quello che resta a terra è un tappeto di colori.

Così nascono le nuove borse PAUBELLA e PAIKKA.

Lilac Cats Attack!

Oggi ho deciso di impiegare l'ultimo scampolo di stoffa lilla a pois e ho realizzato tre simpatici astucci a forma di musetto di gatto. Ho posizionato la zip al posto della bocca e ho dipinto gli occhi sul muso.

Infine ho realizzato un porta trucchi rettangolare a cui ho aggiunto un disegno gattoso. Anche in questo caso ho utilizzato una chiusura con zip gialla. Miaw!

Today I have used the last remnant of lilac polka dot fabric and I've maden three nice purses shaped as cats. I placed the zipper like the mouth and then I painted eyes on the face.

Finally I made a rectangular make-up case and I painted a cat on. Miaw!

Lilac & Chic

Hey tu! Sei in casa?

Appena ho visto questa meravigliosa casa dipinta di lilla sull'isola di Burano, sapevo che sarebbe stata perfetta per fare da sfondo alla tracolla ANDALE VIOLETA.

La tracolla è composta da un tessuto di cotone lilla e uno verde con stampa patchwork. Infine ho applicato una comoda chiusura a zip.

When I saw this wonderful house painted in lilac on the island of Burano, I knew it was perfect for the background for the handmade messanger bag ANDALE VIOLETA.

MANATEE LOVES ACORN

I made a lovely cover for mp3 player with an hand embroidered manatee that embraces his acorn. It's so cute!

I used a lilac fabric with white small polka dots.

Why I like so much the manatees?
This pair of manatees was photographed from Aquarium of Genova by me.

Then I realized this cell phone cover in the shape of a cat. Honestly, it is not quite the shape of a cat. Yeah I know. But it is also liked very much and I love LINNA cat too.

I thought it was really nice if you could put on a cell a ringtone as MEOOOOOWWWWWWWWW.
